2.3. Transaction and Payment Information. When you enter into Transactions through the Website, we (and/or our third-party vendors) may collect or create the following information related to your Transactions and associated payments:

• Payment method details (such as business credit or debit card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and billing address) provided for account funding and Lead purchases;
• Transaction amounts, dates, and frequency of payments for the purchase or sale of Leads and/or web traffic;
• Designated monthly budget and preferences for Lead purchases within the User Account Dashboard;
• Records of all payments, charges, credits, rollovers, refunds, and adjustments related to User Account activity;
• Account identifiers and internal transaction reference numbers issued by Property Leads for tracking billing, budget usage, rollover Leads, and payment history;
• Paypal, ACH or wire transaction details for Seller payments, including associated banking information and IRS tax documentation provided for compliance purposes;
• Records of any referral credits or promotional credits earned and applied to the User Account balance;
• Documentation of payment disputes, refund requests, and any communications related to billing/account issues; and/or
• All regulatory and compliance information necessary to process payments, such as verification of business status and tax documentation provided by the User.
We use third-party payment processors to handle payment Transactions. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. Payment data is processed securely by our payment providers in accordance with their terms and privacy policies.
3. How We Use InformationWe may use the information we collect for business and commercial purposes including, but not limited to:
• Operating, maintaining, and improving the Website, platform functionality, and user experience;
• Delivering purchased Leads to Lead Buyers in accordance with the Lead Purchase Agreement;

• Monitoring usage trends, performing analytics, and detecting or preventing fraud, abuse, security breaches, or violations of our Terms or applicable law;

5.1. Service Providers. With trusted service providers who assist in operating the Website, processing payments, maintaining infrastructure, delivering Leads, or supporting our services. 5.2. Affiliates/Marketing Support (excludes mobile numbers).
