However, you remain subject to this Policy for all other data practices and Website use, even if you are later restricted or denied access to the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
This Policy applies to your use of the Website regardless of how you access it (e.g., via desktop, mobile browser, or integrated application).

d. Legal Obligations: We may process and disclose personal information as necessary to comply with applicable laws, legal process, or regulatory requirements.

If you are a User who is not a Lead Buyer, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or your use of the Website (including any alleged breach, termination, enforcement, or interpretation) shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The arbitration shall be conducted in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action or representative proceeding. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
If you are a Lead Buyer, the dispute resolution terms set forth in the Lead Purchase Agreement will apply and control.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide additional notice, which may include posting a notice on our homepage or sending an email if we have your contact information.
Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective as of the date they are published on this page, unless a later effective date is expressly stated. Your continued use of the Website after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
