We aim to deliver quality over quantity. Depending on the size of the counties you are bidding in, and where the counties are located leads to fluctuation in lead volume.
Some counties may only generate 1 lead every month, other counties may generate 1 lead every week or day.
We see investors who use our platform close anywhere from 1 in 8 to 1 in 15 depending on their market and abilities.
The investors who have a CRM with automated follow up drips (text, email, phone), an established sales process, and multiple exit strategies (not just wholesaling) tend to close at a higher rate.
Yes. We sell leads in the US (including Puerto Rico) and Canada.
Exclusive means a lead you buy is never sold to another investor from the same submission. If a seller enters their info twice in one session, our system blocks the duplicate.
Note that motivated sellers often fill out forms on multiple websites (sometimes ours, sometimes others).
So, how do we handle duplicates?
• Same session, same form: Blocked automatically.
• Different sites in our network: Both submissions are valid leads.
• Outside our network: We can’t prevent it, since sellers may shop around.
We support integration with all CRM’s. This includes (but is not limited to) Podio, InvestorFuse, FreedomSoft, REI Reply, etc.
Once you add your credit card, we require a minimum $1500 deposit. When your account balance drops below your highest bid price, the credit card you added will be automatically charged your highest bid price to refill your balance.
NOTE: This initial deposit is unrelated to your monthly budget. You must set a monthly budget separately to control your spend.
Yes. We are here to deliver motivated home seller leads, which is why we refund for mobile home, MLS listed, wholesaler, and spam leads. Refunds occur as a credit to your account.

Inside of your lead portal, you can click "Request Refund". This will show you all of your leads within the past 7 days. Select the Reason, provide a Description (the more information we have, the faster we can process your refund), and Submit!
